Address Residences Al Marjan Island is a new premium development from leading builder, Emaar Properties, created in collaboration with the globally renowned Address Hotels & Resorts. The branded residences occupy a choice spot on View Island on Al Marjan Island with expected completion to be in early 2028.

The project will include several residential towers, separate townhouses, a premium hotel, etc. The last phase was presented in April 2024 and will include three residential towers with 1–2 bedroom apartments and 3-storey townhouses.

Schools, such as Little Treasures, Chubby Cheeks Nursery Ras Al Khaimah and the on-site Little Captain Nursery, are 15-20 minutes away. Students can attend RAK Academy – British School Al Hamra-BSH or New British International School. RAK Medical Centre Al Hamra clinic is 10 minutes away.
