The project called St. Regis Residences located right in the urban center of the city of Dubai was just launched. The company that is behind its development is Emaar Properties, one of the biggest real estate developers in the United Arab Emirates, in coordination with St. Regis Hotels and Resorts, a world-renowned hotel chain. This luxurious complex will comprise two towers: Tower A and Tower B with Tower B being the first to be launched followed by Tower A in 2-3 months.
Tower B will comprise 40 floors and will include a total of 402 residences with two types of floor plans available, which will be either one or two bedrooms. The apartments will feature floor-to-ceiling glass windows that will not only provide a beautiful view of the urban icon such as Burj Khalifa, the Dubai Fountains, and the Dubai Opera but also allow natural light to flood into the interior of the units. The apartments will range in a size of 791-1,410 sqft.
The living and dining areas will be very modern and spacious, while the bathrooms will have a contemporary look with all the facilities available in them. Also, each apartment will be assigned one or a parking space and will have two balconies.
