Emaar St. Regis Residences in Downtown Dubai

The project called St. Regis Residences located right in the urban center of the city of Dubai was just launched. The company that is behind its development is Emaar Properties, one of the biggest real estate developers in the United Arab Emirates, in coordination with St. Regis Hotels and Resorts, a world-renowned hotel chain. This luxurious complex will comprise two towers: Tower A and Tower B with Tower B being the first to be launched followed by Tower A in 2-3 months.

Tower B will comprise 40 floors and will include a total of 402 residences with two types of floor plans available, which will be either one or two bedrooms.
